g00gl3r - UK SEO Company was setup as a project a while ago to rank in Google UK for the term ‘uk seo company‘. But that wasn’t just it, we had to rank for the term whilst being hosted on a server based in the USA and using a non UK TLD. As we know it so far to be placed in Google UK you either need to have a UK extension on your domain name (like .co.uk, .me.uk, .uk.com etc) or have your website hosted in the UK (or have UK swiped IP’s that register your IP address to the UK even though it points to a server not based in the UK).

Well… as you can see it didn’t work which confirms what was thought in the first place. We have now moved the website over to the UK and have lost interest in the project but I suppose we can now just see how long it takes to get through all of Google’s filters?
