i got put in touch with this lot through first choice spares and was after a toyota celica gt4 st205 front fog light,easy jap parts was a fair price but a tenner postage which i thought was a bit steep but went for it..they sound superb on the phone telling you they dont care about profit and all parts are cleaned and shipped in tip top order.i placed my order and waited about 3 days for it to arrive.the package was a football sized ball of bubble wrap containing a part that was covered in oil and mud and the back was ripped open and bent where they couldnt be arsed to take out a screw, oh and it was the wrong part!!,so we contacted them and was told to send it back after them trying to tell us it was what we ordered.anyways we sent it back costing us five pounds although they charged us ten initially and waited….after a week or so our lass phoned and the woman she spoke to said shed sort it,she didnt ask for a name or part anything so how the f”£k did she know who we were…it took many more phone calls on our part and getting excuses like accounts is closed etc before finally today our lass spoke to the same woman who said shed sort it there and then so why not do it 4 bast^&d weeks ago…….still waiting money….would not recommend……pissed off celica owner
