Guitar Tune

Not anything to do with how in-tune a guitar is, I’m referring to a guitar tune I’ve heard but can’t remember the bloody name of it or the player. It’s a foreign guy who’s touring around the UK during 2006, he plays by himself and last year was just another guitarist but this year he has already been seen playing live for Radio 1 and is set to tour around the UK at five or six of our main cities.

This tune is one of a kind and reminds me of the advanced guitarists tune Classical Gas by Mark Knopfler. I’ve searched all over the place to find this guys name and am yet to find it.
