Fallen from Orbit

Just been listening to a couple of tracks by Fallen From Orbit (Ffo) (Cheshire) of which one of the band members (Shent) I’ve worked with on a couple of occasions.
A sample called ‘Sirens’ is available to download from http://www.purevolume.com/fallenfromorbit, I suggest you whack your speakers up a notch or four, and put down the mug of tea
Careo Pervicacia’s another track that made me wanna mosh the fuck outa-ma-keyboard. You can listen to the whole track on their myspace website/thing along with checking out some funky pic’s of… god knows what? and some chicks, and as I look closer, I think there’s a Shent with some specs, trying to avoid the… press?!!!!
Fallen From Orbit are da bomb Rock! - Period!
A couple of resources if you’re liking what you hear so far:
- My Space - http://www.myspace.com/fallenfromorbitx - pics, track downloads and samples (sirens, I’ll miss you, Careo Pervicacia’s and another one that I can’t play now for some damn reason!!!! - note to Shent, get ya website running!)
- Website - http://www.fallenfromorbit.co.uk/ - There’s loads of stuff here, but the web site’s in early development stages so (at the moment) video’s and pictures lack content but you can see the potential already.
- Some older site? - http://www.purevolume.com/fallenfromorbit
Some bio’
Tag: Music“Fallen From Orbit were originally formed as a three piece band in early May 2005, playing in a lovely dingy brick shed in Shent’s back yard. The later realisation for the need of a second guitarist led to the addition of Anthony Draper (Not In Columbia < Check them out), and the band you hear today was formed. However, Ant could not have ever been a permanent member of the band due to his commitment to Not In Columbia, and after a splendid Gig at Slater’s birthday, FFO and Ant decided it would be best if we continued in the search for another guitarist. Along came Simon, and after a trial period of a month, things weren’t working out, and unfortunately Simon was not kept in band. Then, along came Aaron Smith, of TLSM , we all had to stop at station aarons solo and then we were of to ffoville … aaron bought some new shoes and we were set.
