Easy Jap Parts

Before I rant about the poor service and lies Easy Jap Parts offer to their customers I’d like you to take note that I have already complained on my bog about the said company! View the previous blog topic here: Easy Jap Parts.
It has come to my attention that Easy Jap Parts are still ripping their customers off in a big way. Easy Jap Parts have a website online now which is full of all sorts of lies such as on their about us page they claim to have an office in Japan although this is not true.
Some bullshit from their web site.
Easy Jap Parts has been in operation since the early 1990’s, since which time we have worked hard to achieve a presence in the parts arena that affirms that we are the largest independent supplier of used and reconditioned Japanese parts in the Midlands, and on track as one of the largest in the UK.
In order to build a solid foundation for sustained customer & sales growth in the UK, Easy Jap Parts has a dedication to locating and resourcing only the “best of the best” parts, our supply managers are always on location in Japan making exclusive deals that give us access to parts at prices that our competitors can only dream of, we pass on these ultra low prices to you, our increasing base of satisfied customers.
Please don’t buy anything from these scammers. There is far too much bad feedback on the net about Easy Jap parts!

I’ve just recieved a reply to n email I sent to Easy Jap Parts’ cusomter service “department” (whatever).
My email: Hi, I was just about to consider your company to by parts from for my Jap import but have spotted ll the bad feedback on the net and just thought I’d point out that now I’ll be going elsewhere.
Easy Jap Parts reply: Is it all bad?
Obviously they have an account on Blagger.com themselves and try to counter balance the genuine bad feedback with false negative feedback of their own.
Why haven’t trading standards got involved?

I just did the same. This is the reply I got. “wow that seems very odd we serve the nation we take orders for over 600 parts a day we do expect some sort of feed back some good some bad we have been trading for 9 years now if we were all that bad surely we would have packed up by now we serve some of the biggest traders in the country for Japanese imports i.e. world wide motors, car planet, kieley cars and please try to remember not all our happy customers put up anything on the internet thankyou”
What a joke, they haven’t been trading for 9 years. They don’t serve any importers, and they don’t have an office in japan. Their director isn’t English as they state.
I hope every customer see’s this before buying!
