Bunch of rip off merchants. They will be the end of internet purchasing for car parts. Don’t trust what you can’t see. Purchase from these at your peril and forget the “CUSTOMER SERVICE” department. Look carefully at their T&C’s, then decide if you want to risk your money without the chance to inspect the goods beforehand. You can add WESTCOAST BREAKERS of Preston to previous list of people to AVIOD!!!!!!!!

I have also been scammed by these w*****s. Check their T&C’s and make your own mind on whether they are condusive to distance selling regulations regading the type of product they offer. My feel on this operation and its suppiers is they have a huge stock of unusable parts waiting for the right client to pop along, then are happy to off load this s**t with no conscience. Their customer services, er (customer non-services) doesn’t exist, just some bloke named David Pratt, I think fobbing you off. Keep passing the word so as to reduce the number of other poor unsuspecting purchasers getting “ripped off” These idiots will be the end of buying used parts on the internet.

threatened to bring them to court over 56 quid they pay into my bank 41 pound i ring them and ask were is my other 15 they say thats what we had to pay the driver to deliver the item to my house … i shit u not if i am ever going thru birmingham i am gonna end that place… Bunch a clowns i’ll be doing a backround check before purchase from now on should have kept the part

looks like i’ve joined the list too. Mazda mx5 1.8i engine ordered (£300) which was basically a heap of junk. The mechanic at the garage refused to fit it as it was in such a state. Phoned them back to complain, get refunded and arrange pick-up. Strangely they seem to have become poor at returning phone calls, well the bank are going to refund the credit card and i’m gonna keep hold of the piece of shit engine and i have a feeling my phone will light up with missed calls! Wankers, absolute wankers. DO NOT USE.

These are the facts!
Easy Jap parts and Midland japs parts are they same people. Both companies share the same director. Easy jap is in liquidation, because of all the bad press it got they had to distance themselves from the name. (Shame the idiots could not distance themsleves from the phone number).
they opened Midland Jap thinking that people are as stupid as them and would fall for it.

My suggestions to people is if you are forced to buy from them (Hate to admit but sometimes they are the only one with the part) to only buy via credit card and as soon as they start playing up slap a chargeback request on them, they will crap themselves and refund you straight away.

Easy Jap parts and Midland Jap parts are exactly the same people, even 1 of its directors held directorship on easy jap parts. These guys are full of it. Also easy jap parts opened in 2004 so I don’t know where they got there early 90′s bull from. I have first hand experience with this company (not as a customer) and around 10% of the time they really do come through with the goods but the rest of the time they are crap. They basically do not have the infrastucture in place to deal with high volume orders (They dont even have even a simple database) so basically their customer service sucks. I know they have upset many many people, but please don’t take it personally the place is run by a bunch of narcissists with delusions of grandure, their just wannabes that don’t have a basic appreciation of the sales order process.

I used Jap parts – These thieves also trade as foreign car parts!! I ordered and paid for a heater matrix for my car – was promised delivery within 48 hours – surprise surprise it didn’t come -had to phone up every day for 3 more days always the same old s**t read of a card (does this sound familiar – ‘yes we are sending your part out today, it should be with you first thing in the morning’ if you question it you get put on hold – usually cut off while ‘i check with my parts manager’anyway much later a faulty leaking part arrived – phoned up told a new one would be sent out, this of course never arrived and after loads more phone calls in which i was promised next day delivery every time i was eventually told they had no suitable parts and i would recieve a refund.That same day i searched for a matrix through another site and i was telephoned by Jap parts telling me they could supply the matrix i was looking for!!!!!!!! can you believe that!! So either i was lied to just so they could get rid of me or they were going to just send out some shoddy one thinking i was a new customer. I have still not had my refund even though TRACY (who I dealt with the whole way through) told me ‘I have checked with my account manager and it has been paid in’ LIES LIES LIES this company is crap and i can’t believe they are still trading – how do i get my money back?? I am sick of phoning them (have spent over £20) just to be bullshi**ed!

This company is an absolute sham!!! SERIOUSLY, do not ever buy off this company, you order a part and they send you the wrong one, when you ring and complain they tell lies upon lies and feed you with absolute BULLSHIT! Scamming bastardss! Only get parts off these if u have the money to waste cos you aint gonna be getting what you need, the cheek of them is that they lie and tell you they sent the right one then blame you that you didnt order properly, personally had to go down and get the part! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.. 100% FRAUDSTERS PLS BE CAREFUL…
Also beware, they bankrupt often and change the name of the company, if you want to be buy part from bham make sure you do the research so it isnt these scum! I am going to be reporting to Trading standards..
They are now MIDLAND JAP PARTS but on websites just JAP PARTS, the address is 1603 pershore road, jus beware its not this address

Really regretting using Midland jap parts or whatever their called this week! I was looking for a window regulator on 24/7 parts back in November and mid jap parts come up trumps. “wish they hadn’t” I recieved the part 3 days after ordering and guess what it was the wrong one. So i got on the phone and spoke to Tracey she said to return it which i did at my expense, she asked for pictures of the old 1 which i emailed. 1 week later hadn’t heard a thing so i called we’re still looking I’ll call u back she said. She never so after a few days i called them again spoke to tracey again, still looking was the reply!! How fuckin long does that take i thought!! Left it another 4 days called them again. Anyway the conning twats was supposed refund me 2 weeks ago called 3 times since and threatened informing trading standards. Have I seen the money?! Your right I haven’t. DO NOT use this company is my advice

first choice spares are not bothered who they have on their network as suppliers , all they are interested in is the money they recieve from the breakers every month.

If they really cared about their customers they would ban these people as suppliers from their network, and david their customer support , i think he must be the owners dad, these people at first choice spares wouldnt even know how to change a spare wheel,

Their trading address has never changed, nor the staff it seems, it’s just the business name. It’s a con.

They rob people via a business and then sell all the assets to another business in their name and close the old down with its debt and “old” customers.

They should go to prison.
